The East and South Fields are almost ready for the habitat creation to take place. The East Field will have characteristics resembling that of a browfield mosaic (varied microtopography and a mixture of substrates) , in order to benefit the unusual invertebrate assemblage found in this part of the country and the South Field will be a mixture of habitats including tussocky and meadow grasslands as well as some amenity areas for the public to enjoy, as well as scrub and hedgerow planting, along with new ponds.
